  11. Edit CEL  -A gui based, IFF->CEL conversion.
  12. maptokcf  -Converts a .map file to .KCF file.
  13. kcftomap  -Converts a .KCF file to .map file.
  14. celtoppm  -Converts a .CEL file to a .ppm file.
  15. ppmtocel  -Converts a .ppm file to a .CEL file.
  16. makemap   -Creates a 16 color .map file using multiple .ppm files.

  48. o Right mouse button cancels dragging of an object.

  51. o Drag Strength added to support semi-fixed cels.
